We offer a beauty bank plan for future services and products. Your membership also earns you select free services, discounts and exclusive offers!

As a member, you also get exclusive access to special events throughout the duration of your membership.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

A valid photo ID and credit card are required to enroll in Kurtz Medical Aesthetics VIP Membership.

Membership contracts are 6-month to 12-month agreements and will automatically renew at the end of the initial term on a month-to-month basis.

Membership fees will be charged to your credit card on the first (1st) or fifteenth (15th) day of every month.

Here is the text in alphabetical order:

All appointments are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. You are responsible for booking your monthly complimentary service in advance to ensure you receive your preferred date, time, and service provider.

Monthly complimentary services cannot be accumulated or transferred and must be used within the month.

If a promotional offer exceeds the member reward, the member will be granted the promotional offer. Memberships may not be combined with any other promotional offers, packages, discount coupons, or gift certificates.

If canceled before the end of the 6-month agreement, a one-time fee will be charged to the card on file in the amount of 3 months’ membership fee or the remainder of the original contract term, whichever is lower. To cancel your membership, please provide Kurtz Medical Aesthetics with a 30-day written notice.

Kurtz Medical Aesthetics reserves the right to cancel any membership at any time.

Kurtz Medical Aesthetics reserves the right to change or modify facility hours with or without notice.

Kurtz Medical Aesthetics reserves the right to modify, add, or eliminate any of the specific services and facilities provided at any time.
