Thank you for choosing Kurtz Medical Aesthetics. We value your time—and ours—and want to ensure that every client receives the scheduled attention and service they deserve. As such, we ask all clients to review and agree to the following policy when scheduling an appointment.

1. Cancellation Notice
   If you need to cancel or reschedule your service, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment time.
   This allows us the opportunity to adjust our schedule and accommodate other clients.
2. Late Cancellation / No‑Show
   • If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, o 
   • If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment (a “no‑show”) 
   • then you will be charged 50% of the booked service amount.
      

Why this policy
Because your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you, a late cancellation or no‑show prevents us from filling that slot with another client and results in lost productivity. The 50% fee reflects a portion of the scheduled service cost that we cannot recoup.

1. Payment
   The cancellation/no‑show fee will be charged to the credit card on file or must be paid prior to scheduling any future appointments. 
2. Future Appointments
   Repeated late cancellations or no‑shows may require a deposit or full pre‑payment to secure future appointments. 
3. Exceptions
   We understand that emergencies can occur. Please let us know as soon as possible. While the policy remains in place, we may review individual circumstances at our discretion.
